1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ac667 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ac667.vip website and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotions, and customer support interactions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ac667 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or permit another individual to place bets using your account. ac667 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. 3.4 KYC Documentation

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, ac667's standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳500 bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered ৳10,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general rule: slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger) contribute 10%; and sports betting wagers contribute at a rate specified in the individual promotion terms. Games that contribute 0% to wagering requirements will be clearly indicated in the promotion-specific terms.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

• Where there is a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ac667 is committed to providing a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. All casino games available on the platform are sourced from certified providers whose random number generators (RNGs) have been independently tested and verified. The outcome of each game is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by ac667 or any third party.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ac667 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human direction.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated from a known or suspected software error are void and will not be paid out.

6.2 Anti-Money Laundering

ac667 takes its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations seriously. The platform maintains internal AML policies and procedures and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where required. Players must not use ac667 as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. Where ac667 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction or series of transactions constitutes money laundering, ac667 may freeze the account concerned, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities without notifying the account holder in advance.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ac667 account at any time by contacting the platform's 24/7 live chat support team. Upon receiving a valid closure request, ac667 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances and close the account within 5 business days. Bonus balances remaining at the time of closure are forfeited. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support agent so that a self-exclusion flag can be applied in addition to the account closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by ac667

ac667 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where ac667 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings generated from bonus funds are forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; where funds are determined to be legitimately held (i.e., not derived from fraudulent activity), they will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method after any outstanding amounts owed to ac667 have been deducted.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

8.3 Financial Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac667's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
